Proposed Founding Program — subject to definitive legal, regulatory, tax and offering documentation. The indicated annual rates and cumulative caps must not be interpreted as guaranteed investment returns unless the definitive legally approved offering expressly provides otherwise. No Founding participation will be accepted until applicable regulatory requirements have been completed.
The target annual distribution rates of 10% (Maharlika Founding Member) and 12% (Maharlika Founding Legacy) are targets calculated on the Founder's original participation amount. They are not net profit sharing, not guaranteed monthly income, not a guaranteed annual percentage return and not a guaranteed return of capital. Distributions remain dependent on the business's actual results and approvals.
The maximum cumulative distribution caps of US$50,000 and US$60,000 (200% of the original participation) are contractual ceilings only. They are not projections, targets, promises or a guaranteed 200% return.
This program is subject to applicable Philippine securities, corporate, tax, property and other laws. No participation should be publicly offered or accepted until the applicable legal and regulatory structure has been approved and required registrations, exemptions or permissions are in place. Maharlika claims no regulatory approval or endorsement.
Pipeline destinations are concepts under evaluation and are not guaranteed developments. Land, permitting, construction, cost, weather, market and operating risks all apply.
Founding Positions are illiquid. There is no public market and transfers are restricted to approved successions and approved transfers.
