Development & stabilization period — approximately the first 12 months.

The initial approximately 12 months are intended for development and stabilization, not distribution.

Only qualifying distributions actually paid count toward the applicable 200% cumulative distribution milestone.

Complimentary Founder villa days are available on weekdays + designated off-season only, subject to availability and program terms.

After the milestone

Completing the cycle — and what may come next.

When a Founding Family reaches the applicable 200% cumulative distribution milestone, the existing participation cycle is completed.

Founding Family Legacy Milestone Completed

The Founding Family may then be eligible to apply for a new Uwina opportunity under the commercial terms, availability, eligibility requirements and applicable laws existing at that future time. Renewal is never automatic.

Three Separate Concepts

A target is not a payment.

Uwina never creates a US$1,000, US$2,400 or US$4,500 payable simply because another year has passed. Three concepts are tracked separately and never merged.

Target annual distribution rate

A planning target expressed as a percentage of the Founder's original participation amount. It is a reference figure only. It never creates a payable, an accrual entitlement or a debt.

Actual property / portfolio performance

Measured hospitality operations: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, verified operating expenses, funded reserves and the resulting distributable property cash flow.

Actual approved distribution

The amount governance formally approves after expenses are verified and reserves are funded, then cap-checked and recorded. This — and only this — becomes payable.

Cumulative Cap

A hard ceiling, tracked automatically.

Every approved distribution increases cumulative distributions. Remaining capacity is always visible in your dashboard. When a distribution would exceed the cap, it is automatically reduced to exactly the remaining amount — the system can never exceed the applicable cap.
