How many guests can stay in a villa?

Every Maharlika villa is the same standard product — the Open Living Villa, comfortable for 10–12 guests and capped at 15. Extra-guest charges apply beyond the base occupancy.

Do you have smaller units for couples?

No. The standard Maharlika product is the Open Living Villa (ideal 10–15 guests, flexible up to 20). Smaller couple units are held only as optional future inventory if market data later supports them.

Do all villas have private pools?

Yes — a private mini pool, visible from the open social room, is a core part of every Maharlika villa design.

How many bathrooms does a villa have?

Two complete bathrooms minimum in every villa, each with shower, toilet, lavatory and proper ventilation.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 NN. Early check-in and late checkout are available as paid add-ons, subject to availability.

Celebrations, reunions and retreats are welcome within the property's actual permits and stated capacity. Submit an event inquiry so our team can confirm.

Do you offer long-stay rates?

Yes. Preferred rates are available for 14+, 30+ and 60+ night stays, applied against the prevailing eligible direct-booking rate.

Is the Founding 100 an investment offer?

No. The information published on this site is for information and qualification only. No participation is offered or accepted until the applicable legal and regulatory structure is in place and compliance confirms launch.

Are Founder distributions guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

No. The proposed programme indicates a target annual distribution rate calculated on the Founder's original participation amount — 10% for Maharlika Founding Member and 12% for Maharlika Founding Legacy — subject to the definitive legally approved offering terms. Targets are not guaranteed returns, and cumulative distributions are capped at 200% of the original participation.

Is this net profit sharing?

Accepted Answer

No. The target rate is calculated on the Founder's original participation amount, not as a percentage of a property's net rental profit. Property performance — gross revenue, occupancy, operating expenses and net rental profit — is reported separately.

Question 12

Do Ambassadors earn for referring Founders?

Accepted Answer

No. Ambassador commissions are paid only on eligible completed guest accommodation bookings. There is no recruitment commission and no multi-level structure.
