Every destination uses the same unit DNA: the Open Living Villa (ideal 10–15 guests, flexible up to 20) with its own mini pool, large open lounge, group dining and two bathrooms. Tanay leads as our flagship; the four pipeline destinations are concepts under evaluation, not guaranteed developments.
