Each Founding Position carries a permanent identity — MF-001 through MF-100 — that can pass to the next generation.
Succession
Name your successors.
Members designate a Primary Successor and an Alternate Successor. Transfer history, current holder and legacy status are recorded permanently against the position.
The cap carries over

Not US$60,000 again. Family succession never resets the cumulative distribution cap, and no administrator can reset it.
Family Authorization
Share the stay, keep the position.
Founding Legacy Members may authorize eligible immediate family to use complimentary stay benefits without transferring the Founding Position. Each authorized family member is recorded with relationship, verification status and permission status.

Founding Legacy
When the cap completes.
Once the original maximum cumulative participation is reached, the position becomes a Founding Legacy position and retains its identity within the Maharlika collection.

Founding Legacy options are possibilities, not entitlements. No new financial participation cycle is automatic or promised. Any future financial participation requires a new, legally approved offering.
