Five revenue engines
Founder capital is never displayed as operating revenue in any engine or dashboard.
01
Whole-villa reservations for 10–15 guests (flexible up to 20) — the core economic engine.
02
Reunions, corporate retreats, celebrations.
03
BBQ, breakfast, massage, transport.
04
Margin recovered from OTA commissions; booking-only Ambassador payouts.
05
Management fees and development services earned by the operating company.
Booking source tracking
Direct booking % is measured every month, with the goal of progressively increasing profitable direct reservations while complying with applicable OTA and platform terms.
Customer flywheel
Conversion is tracked at every stage so marketing spend is judged on completed, paid stays — not impressions.
Capital segregation
Fourteen separate ledgers keep capital, operations and protection funds distinct at all times.
Source-of-distribution audit record
Every approved distribution writes an immutable audit row before payment is released.
Annual distribution
Property performance is calculated monthly; Founder distributions default to an annual cycle after year-end close and reserve review.

Cap update
Cap engine
Approved distributions are automatically trimmed so cumulative distributions can never exceed the ceiling recorded against a Founder position.
Cumulative distribution ceiling reached
Approved amount trimmed to remaining capacity. Financial participation completes; Founding Legacy membership is tracked separately and is not deleted.
Founder network limit
Permanent numbering. MF-101 can never be generated. The provisional destination allocation below is admin configurable, and later positions are never publicly sold merely because earlier positions have filled.

Founder series release gates
No payment or subscription functionality exists unless legal approval status is APPROVED and offering status is OPEN. Today both gates are closed: public actions are limited to requesting information, joining the waitlist and scheduling a consultation.
Founder stay wallet controls
Complimentary does not mean costless. Each Founder night books internal cost against the property:
Illustrative cost of a Founder night at base assumptions: ₱3,200 direct plus the lost sellable night.
